by converting my footage from it's raw format of an MTS file to something it can read such as an AVI or MP4 file. It might loose quality an therefore i am converting in the highest frame rate i can 25 to 25 trying to keep my footage HD.

Formatting Issues
In my recording there has been a small snag stopping me from editing, i only found out after filming all of my footage the memory card is formatted in the wrong way. This has led to me not being able to directly export my footage. Therefore I'm currently using a converter to change it to a format readable by Final Cut.
