Use of social media sights (Keeping in contact)

To get in contact with my cast during the production of my music video i created a Facebook group.
 The idea behind this was to organize times best for filming for the whole group. Through the use of the social media sight Facebook. I also evaluated the possibility of using a different sight such as twitter. But as only half of my cast used it decided it's less valuable as a connection sight.
Although i have only made an initial post about filming times. I also intend to use this group to get a hold of props, give out locations for meetings and organize costumes.
